4. Expression of Interest in IMAS Morocco

I confirm that I would like to participate in the International Mathematics Assessments for Schools (IMAS Morocco) and take part in the related assessment and competition stages. I understand that submitting this form is an expression of interest and does not necessarily guarantee final participation, which may be subject to the eligibility requirements and participation criteria defined by the organizers.
أؤكد رغبتي في المشاركة في المسابقة الدولية للرياضيات للمدارس ، والمشاركة في مراحل التقييم والمنافسة المرتبطة بها. وأفهم أن تعبئة هذه الاستمارة تُعد تعبيرًا عن الرغبة في المشاركة، ولا تضمن بالضرورة القبول النهائي، إذ قد تخضع المشاركة لشروط الأهلية ومعايير المشاركة التي يحددها المنظمون.

5. Consent to the Collection and Processing of Information

I agree that STEMath Academy may collect and process the information provided in this form for purposes related to the organization of IMAS Morocco, participant registration and follow-up, and communication with participants and their parents or legal guardians when necessary.
أوافق على أن تقوم أكاديمية ستيماث بجمع ومعالجة المعلومات المقدمة في هذه الاستمارة لأغراض مرتبطة بتنظيم التقييمات الدولية للرياضيات للمدارس بالمغرب، وتسجيل المشاركين وتتبع مشاركتهم، والتواصل معهم ومع أولياء أمورهم أو الأوصياء القانونيين عند الضرورة.

6. Parent / Legal Guardian Authorization

As the student's parent or legal guardian, I authorize the student's registration and participation in IMAS Morocco and its related assessment and competition stages. I also agree that the information provided in this form may be collected and processed by the Moroccan Association of Mathematical Sciences (MAMS) for the organization and follow-up of this participation.
بصفتي وليّ أمر التلميذ(ة) أو الوصيّ القانوني عليه/عليها، أُصرّح بموافقتي على تسجيله/تسجيلها ومشاركته/مشاركتها في التقييمات الدولية للرياضيات للمدارس بالمغرب، وفي مختلف مراحل التقييم والمنافسة المرتبطة بها. كما أوافق على أن تقوم أكاديمية ستيماث بجمع ومعالجة المعلومات المقدمة في هذه الاستمارة لأغراض تنظيم هذه المشاركة وتتبعها.
